Too expensive for what it is

I spent over $2300 for all the baseboarders. What's more annoying is that the website really sucks in that you can choose incompatible sizes (i.e., you can order a 3 ft and then customize it to be 4 ft long) and then they reach out and ask for more money for the order. I don't know if it was worth it to be honest.

3 starts instead of 1 because they do look good and they can be painted. Just not sure if it's worth how much it costs

Arrived Damaged - Multiple Emails Ignored

6 Foot cover arrived damaged. Instructions say to email within 3 days, I reached out the day after delivery, with photos. No response a week later. I emailed again. Still nothing. Would love if someone would actually respond.
