Baseboarders® are made in BC. We ship to all points right across Canada every week. If you are located in the Vancouver region, orders are typically available for pick-up the next business day.
How to Place an Order for Canada:
Check product compatibility and learn how to measure for panels.

Visit the Accessories Guide, to determine if you need accessories.

Note: You will need wall brackets under two scenarios:
- If the heater no longer has a back plate, or
- If the heater backplate is not at least 7-1/2" off the floor.
- If your heater qualifies for wall brackets, then:
- For panel lengths 5’ and under, order two (2) wall brackets.
- For panel lengths over 5’, order three (3) wall brackets.

Answer your installation questions.

Use this Order Form (will download as an excel file) to complete your order. Important: Note the tabs at the bottom of the Order Form. Select the tab to complete that corresponds with your cover style (i.e., Premium, Premium Tall, Basic, Elliptus)

Email the completed Order Form to sales@baseboarders.com.
- An order acknowledgement and PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for payment
- Once payment is received, shipment will be scheduled with one of the following:
- Pick-up at our Delta, BC facility (normally available the following business day)
- Shipment via Groundstar Express to Lower Mainland locations
- Shipment each Friday via Fedex Ground (beyond Lower Mainland)
How to Report Damaged or Missing Items:
- Report damaged or missing items within 72 hours of delivery.

Email resolutions@baseboarders.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Picture of damaged item(s), or
- List of missing item(s)
Return Policy
In the event that your panels do not fit the application or you just change your mind, we will issue a full refund for product (minus shipping) that is returned to our warehouse in good condition within 30 days of the delivery date. The only exception is for custom cut panels - these items are final sale.
