How to Cut Baseboard Heater Covers
BaseboardersĀ® are manufactured in all of the common industry standard nominal lengths: 2ā², 3ā², 4ā², 5ā², 6ā² and 7ā². If your baseboard heaters aren't in standard lengths, you'll need to custom cut them to size. There are two ways to do that: order a custom cut or cut them yourself on-site.
Order Custom Cuts
On the product page, before you add a panel to cart, type in the custom cut length(s) under the section Need a FREE custom cut?
If you have heaters longer than 6' (Basic) or 7' (all other product lines) you'll need to cut two or three panels into equal lengths to cover the distance. Check out the How to Measure Guide to learn more about that.
