We bought these to replace the original baseboard covers from 1965 that were too far gone to reuse. These were easy to install and they're easier to remove for cleaning than the originals. We did 2 rooms so far and will likely use these to replace all the covers throughout the house.

Solid construction. no means to compare to the Basic which is a good click less expensive. adjusting to refine fit was easy.
